After 20 years of working in IT sales, I realized I was craving something more meaningful—something that truly made a difference in people’s lives. My search for purpose led me through various projects and courses until I finally found my calling in nutrition.
I decided to fully commit and enrolled in a three-year Nutritional Therapy program at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) London. It’s been an intense and deeply rewarding journey of study, self-discovery, and transformation.
At the time, I was also facing my own health challenges—SIBO and chronic fatigue—while supporting my family through theirs: my husband’s autoimmune condition and my daughter’s food intolerances and frequent colds.
As I learned more about the human body and the root causes of imbalance, I experienced first-hand how powerful nutrition can be in restoring health and vitality.

From the very beginning, I was captivated by how interconnected everything is—how the body, mind, and nutrition work together as one system. Each lecture, assignment, and clinical practice deepens my understanding and fuels my passion to help others achieve lasting wellbeing.
Unfortunately, many people only turn to nutritional therapy as a last resort, when conventional medicine has failed to address the root cause. My mission is to change that—to help people understand that nutrition and lifestyle are not alternatives, but essential partners in achieving vibrant health.
Today, as I continue my studies at CNM, I’m dedicated to combining cutting-edge nutritional science with practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to bridge the gap between complex science and real life—empowering others to take charge of their health and thrive.
CNM Education
I’m currently in my final year of the three-year Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), which I plan to complete in June 2026. The course combines Biomedicine, two years of advanced Nutrition studies, and extensive clinical practice.
The program follows rigorous academic standards, including 3–4 research-based assignments each year with Harvard-style referencing and evidence-based methodology.
My training includes:
- Biomedicine – anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and laboratory testing.
- Nutrition Science – macro- and micronutrients, digestion, metabolism, and life-stage nutrition.
- Functional Medicine & Therapeutics – root-cause analysis, personalised nutrition, and lifestyle interventions for a wide range of conditions.
- Clinical Practice – over 200 hours of clinical training, where I observe and participate in supervised consultations, write reflective assignments, and work with some of my own clients under professional supervision.
This comprehensive education equips me to understand the body as an interconnected system and to design sustainable, science-based nutritional strategies that promote long-term wellbeing.
