Frequently Asked Questions

When will consultations be available?
I’m currently completing my CNM certification. Consultations will be available in mid-2026.
What does a consultation include?
As a nutritional therapist, my main goal is to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms—not just treat them on the surface. That’s why the first consultation is very detailed and usually takes 1,5 hours.
Think of me as a detective for your health. I’ll need as much information as possible to put the pieces together and see the full picture of what’s going on in your body.
We’ll start by talking about your main symptoms, how they affect your daily life, and what you hope to achieve from our work together. Then, we’ll dive deep into your medical history—right from the way you were born, through childhood, any diseases, traumas, vaccinations, and medications you’ve taken in the past or are currently taking.
I’ll also look at your family medical history, and then we’ll go system by system through your body with detailed questions. This helps me connect the dots and understand why your body is expressing symptoms in the way it does. Of course, we’ll also review your diet, stress levels, and work–life balance—because everything is connected.
After the consultation, I’ll take approximately 3–4 working days to carefully analyze all the gathered information and create a personalized protocol for you. This includes tailored diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, designed to follow for 1–3 months, depending on your individual needs.
Then, we’ll meet again for a follow-up consultation to review your progress, discuss what worked, what was challenging, any new symptoms, and from there, I’ll adjust and create a new protocol for you.
My role is to support you step by step—seeing you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
Why do I need a Nutritional Therapy consultation?
Many people only turn to nutritional therapy as a last resort, when conventional medicine hasn’t addressed the root cause of their symptoms. But nutritional therapy can be a powerful first step toward understanding your body, restoring balance, and feeling like yourself again.
If you’re busy running a business and don’t know where to start with your health…
If you’re a mom constantly caring for others and feel like there’s no time—or energy—left for yourself…
If you’re struggling with chronic or recurring health issues, such as:
- Digestive conditions: IBS, IBD, SIBO, bloating, reflux, or food intolerances
- Hormonal imbalances: PMS, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, fertility challenges, perimenopause or menopause symptoms
- Metabolic and skin issues: blood sugar imbalances, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, acne
- Low immunity: frequent colds, recurrent infections, or repeated antibiotic treatments, allergies
- Women’s health: thrush, breast cysts, irregular cycles, PMS
- Autoimmune conditions: Graves’, Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis
- General health concerns: anaemia, headaches, joint pain, fatigue, osteoarthritis, low mood, chronic fatigue and other health concerns.
Then nutritional therapy can help you uncover what’s driving these symptoms and “launch” your body’s ability to heal naturally.
I support my clients through personalised dietary and lifestyle changes, and where appropriate, targeted supplementation to restore balance and vitality.
But most importantly, my role is to teach and empower you—to help you take responsibility for your wellbeing on a new level, using practical tools and the latest nutritional knowledge.
You’ll not only feel better—you’ll understand why, and how to maintain it for life!
